Of all the hotels I have ever stayed in, this was the worst by far. When I arrived it was nothing but one issue after the next. The staff is very unprofessional and accusatory. I guess this would be expected considering the clientele that frequents this establishment. At one point, I almost had to contact the police in fear of my safety as one of the members of the staff (Richard) was threatening to remove me from the hotel because I asked to have a tv that had more than 3 channels that worked. It didn't stop here. Everytime my daughter and I came back to the motel, our keys would not work. On the second to last day of our stay, the motel staff cleared out our room as they thought our stay had ended. Who does this? You would think that they would have called us, or something, to find out our situation. All our clothing, computers, personal items had been left there for our last night. When we got back that evening the staff had to provide us with another room and handed me four suit cases from their back room which they had packed up from our room. When I questioned them, they stated that this happens a lot. Maybe they need to make some immediate changes. At one point my daughter was crying after hearing an argument upstairs and a homeless lady that just pushed her cart up to the room next to us and entered the room. Do not, I repeat, do not stay here. By the way, this is also a Travel Lodge as well. The only difference is that the doors have recently been painted red as part of a refurbisment. I wonder it this was done for a reason. In addition, the staff have made it very clear that if you are a patron of the Knight's Inn, you cannot have the breakfast that is provided to the Travel Lodge guests. I would have never known that there was a breakfast until I was trying to help out a patron that couldn't find the entrance to the breakfast area. When I asked the staff, I was never given an answer but was just told that I couldn't eat there. What bastards! So the next morning I found out where the breakfast was and ate there anyways. Unfortunately, it was not worth anything. Even their bananas looked like they were going bad. All I have to say is, DISGUSTING! STAY AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!! Sorry, forgot to mention the green swimming pool.
