“NOT AGAIN!!!”

When we chech-in, the owner charged our credit card for the 4 days right away. This is the first time that I experience being charged for the room on our check-in time. They probably did this because a lot of people leave after the first night. We stayed for 4 nights in this hotel! Our room is in the 2nd floor and there was no elevator. We have to drag our luggages in 2 flights of stairs. the owner asked us if we want the linen changed everyday? My wife told him every other day will be fine just changed the towels everyday. When we got to the room, it has very poor insulation, you can hear the people talking in the next room. There was no hair dryer in the room and my wife have to asked the owner for one. The owner told us they don't put one because people steal them. On the next day coming back that evening the room was not attended to, the garbage can was overflowing with trash, the bed linen was not straighten up , the bed cover was like when we left that morning. The only thing they did replaced are the dirty towels. We talked to the owner and they did not do anything that evening and have the nerve to tell us that maybe we have the do not disturb sign on!! We will not stay again in any Knights Inn from now on. The breakfast is terrible! We can not in all honesty recommend this hotel to any of our friends. The Wyndham points was not entered and I have to do this coming back from our trip. Th owner did not even apologize for this omission. The location is okay and accessible. The remote control to the TV does not have numbers on!!! You have to count the buttons to look for the channels!! This is a very poor manage hotel and I will not even recommend this hotel to anybody. I wish Wyndham will take this chain of hotels out of their recommended hotel to stay in !!!
