“expensive no customer service charged 95.00 on a sunday and charged 2 people ahead of me 75.00 they say free”

no customer service charged me $95 on a sunday &charged 2 people ahead of me $75 they say free breakfast but in actuality they don't even serve you coffee after i was there 3 days they told me 1 hr before they were going to do this, they said we're having the carpet changed in a couple rooms they redid the carpet in 3 rooms total &the carpet installed looked used but that's beside the point so they changed the carpet in my room and made me sit outside of my room with all my luggage in 90 degree heat for 2 or 3 hours& wouldnt allow me to go into a different room in the hotel since they planned on doing that and knew i was not checking out& they told me after I paid in full . My room is being recarpeted in an hr & have all my stuff out of the room then I asked for another room while they were doing it & they said no & the hotel was basically empty & charged me $95 that day didn't give me a discount or apologize. The refrigerator in the room the door would not shut on itso I had to tape it shut & the TV worked just fine but there was some sort of parental settings on it that would not allow me to watch any channel that was above PG ratingso I went into the settings & changed the it back myself & it still wouldn't workI told them they did nothing, so I couldn't watch TV the whole time I was there which isn't bad. Then finally they drop the price down to $78 a day and a $2 fee if I use a credit or debit card during the time I was there i paid about $1300-1400 for 22 days the husband& wife that manage& live there got into fights with 6 different guess that I saw personally & 3 others that I heard about from the husband & wife. They don't honor AAA discounts even though it says so on tgere website their towels are filthy, they charge you $ .25 for ice which isn't bad I guess but when you put in a quarter the ice machine doesn't work. you say hi to the managers (husband &wife) that live there they will flat out ignore you even if you're standing there in their lobby paying them it's one word answers when I call the front desk from the room to ask a question they hang up you. I was treated terrible my vehicle was in the shop at the mechanic and I'm in the process of moving to another state so in a bind & was stuck there. They have a comp in the lobby that runs extremely slow which is fine but then when you ask them about it they say "go to the HoJo down the st. they're cheaper there rooms are nicer & they offer you free breakfast they told 4 other guest that too
