“Terrible Room”

Your proprties are going down hill. I stayed in Palm Springs, Palm Beach and recently in Denver. The hotel room in Denver was supposed to be a non smoking room and the bedding was full of burn holes including the carpeting and the window was not securly locked (actually the window was opened about 1") in 15 degree weather, the room peek whole was just a whole with air flowing through. This is another of the many bad experiences at your hotel chain, when are you going to improve your services, it is disgusting and I have pictures to prove it. Tom Donnelly. I am tired of giving your company second chances and I will no longer choose Super 8. You should call it -10 Super 8 because it is a 0 class star hotel. I'm am also tired of booking your hotels and it should not be in a Wyndham category. We also had to wait for over 5 minutes to check in because nobody was in the lobby. Not to mention there was no TV service and when the cable was fixed the next day it was not a clear picture. And this room #102 also has a whole in the batheroom floor where mice can come through the floor and a big gap in the entry door and I have pictures to prove it. I forgot to mention that only one of the lights worked next to the bed. Again, I have pictures to post about this property.
