“My 1st Poor Review”

Rooms need updated. Wall paper coming off or taped to wall. Worn carpet/furniture. No hair dryer or shampoo. No room keys because machine was down. My nonsmoking room smelled like smoke. Staff never mentioned breakfast & where it was being served. Staff had a hard time being able to book my room as I was using Wyndham Rewards points for my stay. Staff could not print receipt when checking out. It looked like it is used by college students for cheap housing. 50 dollars a night with coupon is way too much to spend on this place. More like 30 dollars including all the taxes. Did not complain about room because I had just driven for 11 hours through an unexpected freezing rain/snow storm and just wanted to go to sleep since I needed to be back on the road in 10 hours.The night staff was friendly and apologized for check in going wrong. Morning staff seemed like she wasn't very interested in her job.
