“The first day we went there, the worker told my husband...”

  , Danvers
The first day we went there, the worker told my husband there were no rooms available.(hes Puerto Rican) Then right infront of him she answers the phone and says yes we have 3 rooms available. She didn't want to rent a room to my husband because of his race. This same person gave us a hard time our entire stay and was completely rude to us. We stayed at the hotel over 3 months because my husbands father was in the hospital. My son has to take insulin and the maid saw his suringes so the hotel started talking about us to each other saying we were drug addicts. People over heard them everyone was talking about us. It was completely humiliating!!! Its completely unperfessional. We also had things taken from our room when we weren't there including 200$. they went into our room when the do not disturb sign was up. The same worker who is treated my husband unfairly thought we weren't there opened the door n realized we were in there and quickly shut the door. My son was taking a nap so we were all laying in bed. She woke him up when she did this when he was very sick. One day the maid cleaned our room and through my sons insulin away which made my son very sick and was supposed to have surgery and we had to reschedule because he was to sick. Also they gave us a hard time about the wyndham reward points. Half the time they wouldn't put them in.The Manager Cindy and one of her employees Pam are completely rude and disrespectful. Pam is the employee that tried not to give my husband a room, tried sneaking in our room and who treated us with much disrespect. The assistant manager Lisa was very nice and she should be the actual manager and pam and cindy shouldn't work in that type of business. I wouldn't recommend that hotel to anyone!!! also we told the front desk that the people above us made noise all night they stomped around and made noise from the morning to one in the morning the next day. Staff never did anything about it. The first day we got there there was a pair of underwear underneath our bed.
