“WORST HOTEL---- WOULD NEVER RETURN!!!”

It is obvious that Wyndham Corp has not had any inspectors at this property!!!It is falling apart! The exterior is terrible. The parking lot is less than desirable. We were given a room on the second floor. However, our room key would not open the door from the outside, so when we wanted to bring up our luggage from the side outside door, someone had to go upstairs then prop the door open from the inside first, then we could bring our belongings up from the car to our room!!!! Wireless Internet while "Free" was not working. I was told this has been a problem for several weeks, and the management knew about it but, was not fixing it. In fact when I asked for some kind of discount on my bill, I was told the manager told her to tell the customer it was "free" so there would be no compensation for not being available. The pool was "closed for cleaning". However, the truth of the matter was the pool had been closed for cleaning for several days. The lobby air conditioner units were out of order so the area where breakfast was served & the hotel computer was & the hotel tv was, has hotter than "h*ll"!!! The hotel computer station keyboard needed to be replaced as many of the keys stuck causing words to run together. The TV cable box kept turning off in the room. Thus, even after someone came to "fix" it, we had no tv at night. I requested a wake-up call, which I never received. Overall, I was quite disappointed in this property. I will never stay at this property again even though I had stayed at this property in the past!!!
