“Terrible stayed and never return. Don't stay.”

We had a terrible 7 nights in hotel. We back to room on 2nd late night and realised without cleaning and no towel replacement. We called reception, we were told houskeeping were off from work. He said " How we can help you and where I can find you clean towels?" I was asked to re-use the dirty towels whcih I already put in the tub. I thougt this might be mistake by chance. Next day, I went to reception to complaint but I was told there will be only room cleaning by 1 or twice in a week. Terrible. We need to stay for another 5 nights and tolerate with the dirty room and dirty towels. And, we were asked to take spare towels everyday if we need. We can't imagine we pay for the room and we need to tidy our room and replace towels on our own. We never been informed in the website we made reservation. If they mentioned they have this kind of service, we sure we won't reserved. Think it over for your stay if you'd like to help cleaning. Night-time reception was very rude to us. Contiential breakfast was terrible. Coffee not hot, danish pastries were not fresh and hard like a stone. We could tell pastries were over a week stock. Reception said because no one will take breakfast. Awful. Because of no cleaning, we were also provided several trash bags which means we dump trash from bin on our own. Terrible.
