“Pleasant Overall”

I stayed in room 283 which is in the furthest back of the 3 buildings that make up this hotel. This room has a king bed and a sleeper sofa bed. I got this room because when I first got here at night, I was assigned a corner room right below the stairwell. Without even going into the room, seeing the location of this room, I quickly went back to the office to see if I could get a different room as this is not what I had wanted. After about 10 minutes the clerk said that I could have a different room but would have to move in 2 days. I told him that was unacceptable as I had made this reservation 8 months earlier and the reservation stated that I would be staying for 5 days. After going back into the computer for about 15 minutes, he finally came up with this room. The room has basic amenities, nothing fancy. There is a small round table, a work table with a large mirror in front of it, the sleeper sofa and the king bed. The bathroom had very basic amenities such as small bars of soap and very small packets of shampoo. The towels were nothing fancy and the toilet seemed to be offset to the right. The sink counter had the microwave on the left end and the ice bucket on top of it. Large mirror in front of sink. Also the luggage rack was stored under the sink counter as there was very little space to hang clothes. This room has no iron or ironing board. There is a full size refrigerator. The flat screen was very blurry and the Wi-Fi cut out a lot. There is a small 3 drawer chest under the TV. The great thing was the shuttle to AT&T Stadium were the final four was going on . It is free but they don't tell you that you have to sign up for it. There is a continental breakfast but I just went down for juice. There are also several food places nearby within walking distance, but be aware that there are no sidewalks around here.
