“Day's Inn Review”

I was treated with disrespect by the front desk assistant as soon as I walked in. Further disrespect was shown by telling me that there's other hotels down the street that's for my type. I'm a business man that was in late after midnight trying to get a room to rest until my early morning meeting in NYC. After waiting an hour to get my room situation sorted out I was attempting to watch some TV before falling asleep and I realized that the remote was not working. I called down to the front desk in anticipation of resolving the matter immediately. I was treated as one that didn't know how to work the TV. I was given a series of codes which did absolutely nothing. Then I was told that there was nothing Olbin can do about that. I was paying to stay there and not staying at his house for free. I was told that I can have a room change in the middle of the night and I agreed thinking someone will bring me my new key card as that's what was the arrangement over the phone. After waiting again and realizing that no one was coming, I was really irritated and felt uncomfortable that I even chose to stay there. I mentioned it to my partners also to not do business with Day's Inn only because of the way I was treated there. I had hoped to make my complaint with a manager that morning but no one was available to talk to.
